The Arcnet interface in this kind of industrial machines does not allow the capture of production values. It only allows the parameterization of production parameters, without archiving them for later use and always requiring human intervention.
This problem solution is the use of an external component able to capture and archive these production parameters.
ATEC (Arcnet To Ethernet Conversion), a solution developed by Maisis, promotes the communication between these protocols.
++ collects and archives data from different sensors of Arcnet machines;
++ sets machines production parameters using a GUI (Graphical User Interface);
++ searches and processes the data used in the production process.
